Demand to Pay a Loan

Dear Ms. Irama, 

I am writing on behalf of my client XYZ Loan and Services Company, in relation to your obligation to pay a sum of Php 200,000.00 which became due on 12 November 2022.

Accordingly, you have failed to pay the said amount on its due date and upon oral demand by my client through phone call on the same day.

Thus, this letter will serve as a final demand letter for your immediate performance of the said obligation within 10 days from receipt of this letter.

Otherwise, an appropriate legal action may be brought against you in court to protect my client's interest.
