Hi there! I am Atty. MJ. This blog is an archive of all the previous case digests, term papers, projects, and every crazy little thing I had during my entire law school journey. I also included in this blog my recent papers. I am creating this blog to help law students as well as those who aspire to enter law school with their needed legal files and information. Of course, knowledge seekers and curious minds are also welcome. :) 

I am posting case digests not to encourage students to rely on digests and not to read their assigned cases in full text. Still, I am doing this to help in those times when they are not able to finish reading their assigned cases because of some reasons independent of their wills. I was always caught in that situation because I am a working student. Also, uploading my files and references means saving them for my future use as well. :) So let's make this blog beneficial to everybody.
