I, Atty. MJG, of legal age, single, Filipino with residence at #123 Bagong Sinilangan, Quezon City (herein referred to as the SELLER), FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of FIVE MILLION (Php 5,000,000.00) Pesos, Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and paid by Amari Irama (herein referred to as the BUYER), DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said BUYER, her heirs and assigns a parcel of land, with all the structures and improvements constructed thereon, and more particularly described as follows:

of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City

"A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4-A, of the subdivision plan (LRC) Abc-19999, being a portion of Lot 4-B) to the point of beginning; containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED (400) SQUARE METERS."


I hereby warrant my title and absolute ownership to the foregoing real estate property and shall defend its title at our costs in every forum.
